The Annapolis Yacht Club Activity & Sailing Center Expansion

Both facilities total 180,300 SqFt. The Family Activity Center building features a restaurant, outdoor bar, snack bar, exterior sitting area, and fitness center. The Sailing Center building features a boat maintenance facility, classrooms, a gallery and event space. We installed Alaskan Yellow Cedar on a Cor-A-Vent system to ensure longevity. The buildings are designed with several installation methods that really showcase quality craftsmanship. The primary design is the standard pattern it is coupled with staggered patterns, fish scale patterns and diamond patterns. The unique design includes custom cut Boral Trims and 4-inch pvc soffit. AOC also installed the Intex Nautilus pvc Railings, custom column covers, shingle roofing, copper metal panels and copper gutters. The exterior of this building is really a work of art.
